Shipping Schedule
We typically ship orders within 2 to 5 business days after receiving them (excluding pre-order items)
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
All orders are shipped from our outsourced warehouse, so the earliest possible shipping date is the next business day.
For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the shipping request will be made on the next business day, and the shipment will go out on the following day.
While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, please understand that shipping may be delayed due to stock availability or warehouse congestion.
◼︎Estimated Shipping Timeline (Examples)
・Example 1: Payment completed by 4 PM on Thursday → Shipping request made Thursday → Shipped Friday → Delivered Saturday
・Example 2: Order placed after 4 PM on Thursday → Shipping request made Friday → Shipped Monday → Delivered Tuesday
・Example 3: Order placed on Saturday or Sunday → Shipping request made Monday → Shipped Tuesday → Delivered Wednesday
*Please note that delivery may take more than 2 days depending on the destination.

Shipping to Okinawa
For deliveries to Okinawa, an additional shipping fee will be charged even if the order total exceeds ¥10,000 or includes free shipping items.
Orders over ¥30,000 are eligible for free shipping.
Due to system limitations, shipping costs will display as “¥0” for orders over ¥10,000, but an actual fee of ¥1,300 will apply.
If your order total is between ¥10,000 and ¥29,999, please purchase an “Okinawa Shipping Ticket (¥1,300)” along with your order.

・Example 1: Under ¥10,000 → Shipping is automatically calculated based on item size.
・Example 2: Between ¥10,000 and ¥29,999 → Please add the Okinawa Shipping Ticket (¥1,300) to your cart.
・Example 3: Over ¥30,000 → Free shipping applies; no additional steps are needed.

Gift Wrapping
We do not offer a gift-wrapping service.
Customers are asked to handle wrapping on their own.
However, we do offer the following wrapping materials:
・Eco gift bag: ¥1,100
・Drawstring gift pouch: ¥200
If you are purchasing an item as a gift and would like us to remove the price stickers, please indicate this in the comment section during checkout.
If you would like the item shipped directly to the gift recipient, we will omit the packing slip. Please mention this as well in the comments.

Included Accessories
Backing cards or storage bags that come with products may be changed in design or shape without prior notice.
Some products may not include these accessories. Thank you for your understanding.

Receipts
・Credit card payments: Please use the statement issued by your card company as your receipt.
・Bank transfer, convenience store/Pay-easy, and carrier payments: Please use the payment confirmation slip issued by your financial institution.
*These are considered official receipts under Japanese tax law.

Order Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations for any reason once an order has been placed, even before shipment.
This includes cancellations due to personal reasons such as “I changed my mind” or “I no longer need it.”
Once an order is confirmed, we incur processing fees and potential losses, making cancellations infeasible.
Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
However, in cases of duplicate orders or system errors, we will do our best to assist. Please contact us via the inquiry form.

Bank Transfers
Due to an increase in automatic cancellations for unpaid transfers, we are currently suspending bank transfer as a standard payment option.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us via the inquiry form in advance.
Repeated cancellations or actions that interfere with operations may result in future orders being declined. Thank you for your understanding.

Product Issues
If there is an issue with a product, please contact us through the inquiry form with a description of the issue.
For problems that arise after use, responses will depend on the nature of the defect. Please consult us first.
*Service is available only within Japan. For overseas users, please consult us upon your return to Japan.

Product Odors
Some products use natural materials such as fabric, sheep leather, or goat leather, which may emit a distinctive smell due to dyes.
If the odor is strong upon arrival, we recommend airing the product in a well-ventilated area.
You can also use baking soda to deodorize, but please do not let it touch leather directly to avoid discoloration.
We suggest placing the product and an open bag of baking soda together in a large bag.
*The odor is harmless to humans. As this is a natural characteristic of the material, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for this reason.

Returns & Exchanges
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping and handling fees.
Once the return is received, we will ship the replacement.
Please contact us through the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.
All returns must be pre-approved. We cannot accept items returned without prior notice.
Please note that we do not accept returns for personal reasons (e.g., “It’s not what I expected” or “I ordered the wrong item”).
Returns/exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・More than 8 days have passed since delivery
・The product has been opened or used (except in the case of defective items found after opening)
・Customer preference returns (e.g., “It looked different than expected,” “I changed my mind,” etc.)

Product Repairs
Please contact us through the inquiry form with details of the issue.
After checking photos of the product, we will let you know if repairs are possible, along with a quote and estimated timeframe.
If you agree, please send the item to us for repair.
Once received, repairs typically take 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the issue.
*Some items may not be repairable.
*Repair services are only available within Japan.
